Hourly PRN Position. 
RN $36/hr base 
LPN $28/hr base 
PRN employees are required to work a minimum of one (1) shift every 6 weeks.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence
• Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments 
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team 
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse aides, and interdisciplinary staff 
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records 
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans 
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures 
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (required)
• Current licensure in the state of Kentucky (required)
• Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
• One to two years clinical experience (preferred)
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification
