Hourly Full-Time Role:
7:30a-6p; 4 days/week; must work one Saturday per month

The Job You Will Perform:
- Serve as the liaison between the physician and patient
- Responsible for answering phones, determining the nature/priority of the call and appropriate routing/taking messages
- Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain and register accurate demographics and schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system
- Manage and fulfill medical record requests
- Perform administrative functions, such as but not limited to: scanning, faxing, answering emails, etc.
- Has the ability to cross train to assist other CCMH clinics when needed
The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:
- Uphold HIPPA in regard to patient information
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
- Experience using EPIC systems (preferred)
- Experience using iSalus systems (preferred)
- Prior medical receptionist experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of different insurance plans (preferred)
