Hourly Full Time:
8a - 4:30p; 40 hours per week
LPN starting at $24/hr

The Job You Will Perform:
- Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence
- Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients
- Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation to clinic.
- Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights.
- Document accurately in the patient’s electronic medical record.
- Reconcile patient medication lists.
- Contact patients regarding important messages about medications, test results, and other general medical information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
- Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:
- Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant Program
- Current licensure in the State of Kentucky or certificate in medical assisting
- CPR Certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-faced environment
