House Supervisor
7p-7a position, full time 36 hours per week, weekend shifts included.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The role of the House Supervisor is to provide efficient supervision for patient’s age pediatric through geriatric. The House Supervisor demonstrates knowledge, understanding and/or skills in personnel requirements; human resource policies, procedures, and processes; regulatory requirements; organizational structure; hospital operations and Performance Improvement; and professional development. The House Supervisor has accountability for assigned areas requiring a presence on all shifts as needed.
The incumbent is to present for work in a timely manner, groomed professionally, and perform their job function in accordance with all Carroll County Memorial Hospital standards, policies and procedures. Each employee is responsible for upholding the Carroll County Memorial Hospital Core Values, namely: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Must maintain active RN licensure in the State of Kentucky
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience required.
• Two years’ management experience preferred.
