Description: Carroll College invites applications for a Program Coordinator to support the dynamic and growing Physician Assistant Program. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while advancing the program’s long-term strategic goals.This role serves as a central point of coordination between program leadership, faculty, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration across all administrative functions.The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing budgets and financial processes, supporting human resources procedures, maintaining accurate records (including student files, faculty documentation, and accreditation materials), overseeing scheduling logistics, assisting with accreditation preparation, and enhancing student services.

In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting the admissions process through communication with prospective students, maintaining applicant databases, and assisting with the planning and recruitment events, open houses, and program information sessions. Through these efforts, the coordinator will contribute meaningfully to the program’s overall excellence, growth, and operational success.This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative academic environment and is passionate about supporting high-quality health sciences education.Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, public administration, or related field plus 2 years’ relevant experience.
Experience working in higher education, healthcare education, or a clinical training program preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
