As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Office of Institutional Advancement, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the college’s brand, while strengthening the relationship between the college, our alumni and Helena community. Through strategic marketing initiatives and effective communication strategies, this position supports the advancement office in engaging constituents and raising funds to help students achieve their educational goals.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and share knowledge internally of factors and trends that connect Carroll College to national and world issues and that shape perceptions that affect constituent support.
- Collaborate on the conception and implementation of an annual communication and solicitation plan that applies multi-channel strategies.
- Design and compose letters, emails, social media posts, video scripts and direct marketing materials that encourage regular giving to the college’s annual fund, an important source for scholarships and general needs of the college, support Carroll’s fundraising efforts, or recognizes donors and reinforces the positive impact of donor support.
- Create and produce strategic, innovative and inspiring content for alumni newsletter, emails, social and digital media.
- Track and analyze all communications to make strategic decisions on future communications and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field, and/or a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
