Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for property listings, open houses, and client outreach.
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage and grow our social media channels to enhance engagement and community presence.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Plan and coordinate events, overseeing promotional efforts and on-site logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as lead management, data entry, communications, and listing promotions.
