Description: Carroll College invites applications for the position of Director of Admission Operations, a key leadership role within the Office of Admission. The Director provides strategic and operational oversight that directly supports the College’s enrollment goals and ensures a high‑quality experience for prospective students and their families.The Director of Admission Operations manages the daily functions of the Admissions Office, including administration of Technolutions Slate, budget and accounting processes, and the hiring, training, and supervision of designated admission staff. This position develops and implements operational strategies that enhance recruitment effectiveness, strengthen data‑driven decision‑making, and ensure that office systems and workflows support a seamless admission process.Major responsibilities include overseeing the College’s CRM (Slate), directing the planning and execution of all on‑ and off‑campus visit programs, and collaborating closely with the Marketing team to support written, digital, and social media communication efforts. The Director also contributes to long‑range admission planning and may be assigned specific recruitment territories, serving in an admission counselor capacity when needed.The Director of Admission Operations works closely with the Associate Vice President of Enrollment to ensure that operational initiatives align with the College’s mission, strategic priorities, and enrollment objectives.
