Qualifications
A remote work arrangement may be available for this role.This position will provide timely and accurate reports drawn from the college’s administrative and student information systems, enabling effective operational support and monitoring of key performance indicators. Responsible for safeguarding the accuracy of data used in reports and studies, while delivering research and analytical insights aligned with institutional goals. The role also involves creating clear, visually engaging presentations and basic data visualizations to support departmental projects.Beyond daily reporting, the Database Specialist will contribute to strategic initiatives, program reviews, and accreditation processes, playing a critical role in long-term planning efforts. The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field with demonstrated experience in data management and institutional research methods (preferably in higher education) plus two years’ experience.
