Description: Carroll College invites applications for the position of Admission Counselor, a key role in supporting and advancing our undergraduate recruitment efforts. This position is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students while promoting the mission and values of Carroll College.The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing recruitment activities across assigned territories. Responsibilities include traveling for high school visits, college fairs, and outreach events; conducting interviews with prospective students; and providing timely follow-up and support throughout the admission process. The Admission Counselor will also evaluate academic transcripts to determine eligibility for admission and maintain consistent communication with applicants and their families.In addition to direct recruitment efforts, the Admission Counselor will work closely with Enrollment Management to develop strategic communication plans and build relationships with key influencers such as high school counselors, community partners, and alumni. The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about higher education and dedicated to helping students find their path at Carroll College.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1 year of clerical or office experience. Prior experience in admission, orientation, student affairs, public relations or sales preferred.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
