- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and performing basic bookkeeping using Dealertrack.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues promptly while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
