What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian - Williamsport & Covington BMV Branches position at Carrington Building Services Inc.?
We're searching for someone who is a self starter, can manage themselves, and complete assigned work without requiring supervision.
This position is for the Covington and Williamsport BMV branches and is available immediately.
Pay is $50.00 per cleaning 2 times weekly at Covington, and $45.00 per cleaning 2 times at Williamsport. Normally less than 1 hour per cleaning at each branch.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Primary duties include cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Clean and sanitize restrooms using established procedures. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Attend safety meetings and other related meetings. Perform other job related duties as required.
