What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian - Monticello BMV Branch position at Carrington Building Services Inc.?
We're searching for someone who is a self starter, can manage themselves, and complete assigned work without requiring supervision.
This position is for the Monticello BMV branch and is available immediately.
Pay is $45.00 per cleaning; 2 times weekly, usually Tuesday and Thursday anytime, and normally less than 1 hour per cleaning.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Primary duties include cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Clean and sanitize restrooms using established procedures. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Attend safety meetings and other related meetings. Perform other job related duties as required.
