Role
The primary responsibility of this role will be to successfully execute our mission critical project portfolios as it relates to the comprehensive oversight of turnkey execution within our Carrier/ALC HQ portfolio. In addition, the scope of this responsibility will include but not be limited to:
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Role
The primary responsibility of this role will be to successfully execute our mission critical project portfolios as it relates to the comprehensive oversight of turnkey execution within our Carrier/ALC HQ portfolio. In addition, the scope of this responsibility will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring on-time/on-budget execution of assigned projects
- Oversight of ALC distribution network (Branches and Dealers)
- Assisting in logistical and supply chain planning for each project in portfolio
- Assisting sales organization with new project RFP’s
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Construction
- 10 years’ experience in the HVAC controls industry
- Possess and maintain valid and current form of US government issued identification.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Master's degree or higher in a business or construction discipline and 7 years’ experience in the HVAC controls industry
- Possess and maintain the ability to report to assigned work location reliably.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% of average workweek, including air travel, overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel when required.
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
