Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Members to assist with winter snow removal and related outdoor maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring safe and accessible pathways during winter months, supporting the overall landscape and property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various tools and outdoor equipment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to safety.
Duties
- Clear snow from walkways, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to remove snow and ice buildup
- Assist with ice melting and de-icing procedures to prevent slips and falls
- Perform routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify hazards or additional snow removal needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all outdoor spaces are safe, accessible, and well-maintained during winter weather conditions
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools, such as Snow blowers and other Snow Removal equipment.
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in cold weather conditions
- Attention to safety protocols when handling tools and machinery
- Excellent teamwork skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks efficiently
