Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Commercial sales organization, including monitoring shipping, delivery, and return statuses as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and streamline internal processes for efficient handoffs between functions.
- Ensure efficient handling of customer requests for orders and product information, and accurate entry of orders in the CSD ordering system.
- Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues.
- Work with the sales staff to prepare and submit job quotes
- Assist with warranty department to overcome customer issues.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or technical degree preferred
- 4 years of Experience in a Sales support role.
- Self-starter, highly accountable, works well under pressure.
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Capability to build trust quickly with a team.
- Proven customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC products, markets and equipment
- Exceptional communications skills complete with ability to follow through.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional phone etiquette
- Minimum of 2 plus years within HVAC or similar industry preferred
