We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of the BluEdge maintenance and service contract programs, from initial quote through end-of-coverage. Working closely with our team and dealer channel partners, you will manage quote modeling, documentation, training, and customer support. In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and expanding our customer pipeline.

About The Position
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of the BluEdge maintenance and service contract programs, from initial quote through end-of-coverage. Working closely with our team and dealer channel partners, you will manage quote modeling, documentation, training, and customer support. In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and expanding our customer pipeline.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth.
- Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation.
- Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Optimize and maintain quote models and pricing tools for accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives, creating impactful support tools and delivering training through online modules and live presentations.
- Identify challenges and implement solutions, driving continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service.
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Experience with Salesforce (asset).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to quickly learn and multitask.
- Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Great attention to details.
- Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance (asset).
