RN Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
RN Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to assigned patients
Administer and document medications and treatments
Assist physicians and others with diagnostics and procedures
Support and educate patients and families with care instructions
Collaborate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions
Document observations and responses to nursing care
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment
Support unit management and serve as charge nurse when assigned
