Duties

- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential customers
- Maintain strong customer service relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
