What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior Remodeling Salesman position at Carranza Roofing & Remodeling?
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Management: Follow up on company-provided leads and proactively hunt for new business through networking and door-to-door canvassing (putting flyers on doors/mailboxes)
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-home estimates for interior remodeling projects (kitchens/baths/basements etc.)
- Project Assessment: Assess remodeling needs and provide professional recommendations and design ideas.
- Relationship Building: Educate homeowners on our high-quality craftsmanship and "The Carranza Way."
- Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to signed contract and project hand-off.
What We Are Looking For:
