What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exterior Salesman position at Carranza Roofing & Remodeling?
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Management: Follow up on company-provided leads and proactively hunt for new business through networking and door-to-door canvassing (placing flyers on doors or mailboxes)
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-home estimates for roofing, siding, windows and doors.
- Project Assessment: Inspect roofs, siding, windows and doors to identify damage needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Relationship Building: Educate homeowners on our high-quality craftsmanship and "The Carranza Way."
- Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to signed contract and project hand-off.
