Responsibilities:
• Advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate strategy
• Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline
• Evaluate locations, properties, and opportunities
• Analyze financial and operational impacts of real estate decisions

• Coordinate and lead transaction teams
• Develop relationships with key referral partners
