Essential Functions:
- Serves as the operational liaison between the local Partner-In-Charge, other partners, and the Firm’s corporate payroll and internal accounting functions.
- Responsible for oversight and execution of HR activity, firm policy and programs, equipment and facilities management
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating all internal business affairs of their local office
- 5 years’ experience, preferably in professional services
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and report writing.
- Must have a basic understanding of accounting and importance of internal communications.
- A bachelor’s degree in a business related field is preferred although experience and certifications in accounting, human resource management or financial management can be substituted.
