Position Overview
This is a summer position designed to support our operations during a busy seasonal period. As a member of the Pick, Pack, Ship team, you will primarily pick components and parts for customer orders and pack them for shipment, following detailed processes to verify items and quantities and ensure boxes are packed properly.
In addition, this role may support other departments as needed, offering exposure to a variety of tasks across the warehouse and operations teams. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, this is an ideal summer opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer and distributor orders as requested.
- Sealing and tagging containers, confirming the accuracy of orders, and assigning pick tickets to confirm.
- Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving complete orders to the shipping area.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work as a team.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
