Hardware Store Manager

We seek a dynamic outgoing Store Manager to run one of our busiest and most progressive stores in the Berkshires. Do you have strong sales and sales coaching skills, excellent customer service, face-to-face and over the phone, and great organizational skills while being results-oriented?

Our Store Managers oversee the store's day-to-day operations, including maximizing sales, minimizing expenses, optimizing merchandising, and modeling outstanding customer service experience. They positively represent Carr Hardware consistent with company values. The store manager also builds an efficient, motivated, productive sales team.
