What You’ll Do
Lead on the Floor
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Support add-on sales and special orders
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Support Store Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Monitor and respond to loss prevention concerns
Drive Sales & Merchandising
- Assist with planograms, endcaps, promotional displays, and signage
- Participate in inventory counts, ordering, and pricing
- Promote loyalty programs and increase basket size
Develop the Team
- Train and coach sales associates and cashiers
- Encourage teamwork and accountability
- Help lead and participate in team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Retail experience preferred (hardware experience a plus)
- Comfortable operating POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility required
