Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services, vehicle maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will help ensure our customers’ vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles including passenger cars and light trucks
- Perform wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and inspections
- Diagnose basic mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs efficiently
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake work, suspension checks, and other mechanical repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions professionally
Experience
- Dealership experience or automotive service background preferred
- Proven mechanic experience with knowledge of standard passenger car operation
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Hands-on experience with tire service, alignment, and minor mechanical repairs
- Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire mounting or vehicle maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
