In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads , your job is to call interested customers, ask a few key questions, and transfer warm, ready-to-talk leads to our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Call Inbound Leads Quickly: Reach out to interested customers, confirm what they're looking for, and keep the conversation moving.
- Warm Transfer to Sales: When the customer is ready, transfer them directly to a Sales Rep for pricing and closing.
- Ask Basic Qualifying Questions: Gather simple details (project type, location, timeline, contact info) so Sales can hit the ground running.
- CRM Management: Accurately log call notes, outcomes, and lead details in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up Attempts: If a lead doesn't answer, you'll make follow-up attempts to connect and get them to a rep.
