Housekeeping Supervisor – Crowne Plaza Hotel

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure exceptional service and cleanliness throughout our property. In this role, you will be responsible for training and motivating team members, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of housekeeping operations, sanitation regulations, and strong team management skills. Your leadership will help ensure our daily operations run smoothly and that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise housekeeping staff and assist with maintenance tasks as needed

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations

• Inspect guest rooms and common areas (e.g., stairways, lounges) for cleanliness and order

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies (e.g., floor cleaner, bleach, gloves)

• Participate in deep cleaning or large-scale cleaning projects as required

• Ensure all areas meet safety and sanitation policies and standards

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role

• Hands-on knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance practices in large facilities

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and guests

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
