Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping customers create beautiful spaces? Furniture of Dalton is looking for a Furniture Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to exceed sales goals.
You’ll work directly with customers in our showroom to help them find the perfect furniture solutions using a wide range of quality brands while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
**Schedule:**
- You will have Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off (set schedule)
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Store is closed Sundays
**What You’ll Do:**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Help customers select furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget
- Build relationships and create a positive, no-pressure buying experience
- Manage the sales process from initial interaction to final purchase
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
- Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business

**Compensation:**
- Hybrid pay structure with base pay plus commission
- Commission opportunity begins after reaching a set sales threshold

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Retail or furniture sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
