Duties
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for pick up with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software
- Organize stock in designated storage areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures
- Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory levels efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse operations while maintaining a clean and organized showroom and warehouse.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Hands-on experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including stocking procedures, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external carriers effectively
