Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Efficiently load and unload materials from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and forklifts in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and order picking processes.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize space and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and operating equipment.
Experience
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving duties, along with a CLEAN driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
