Real Estate Office seeking a dependable and organized Office Admin/Coordinator to provide a high level of service & support to management, agents and staff.
Qualities/Skills Required for the Position
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and commitment to being present every day.
- Be willing and capable to learn and promote new tools, products, or tasks.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Computer – Word, Excel, use multiple cloud based real estate platforms.
- Comfortable with working in social media platforms.
- Phone – answering incoming calls, transferring calls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to Multi-task and switch back and forth between tasks.
- Real estate knowledge or experience would be ideal.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
