This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richardson, TX, for a Family Law Attorney. The role involves providing expert legal counsel on family law matters, drafting legal motions and documents, handling depositions, representing clients in legal proceedings, and addressing legal issues with professionalism and discretion. Collaboration with clients and colleagues is an essential part of this position.
- Strong expertise in Family Law and general legal practice
- Proficiency in preparing legal motions and other essential legal documents
- Experience conducting depositions and managing client-related proceedings
- Knowledge of legal issues pertinent to family law cases
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
- Prior experience in family law is highly preferred
