Problem solve and handle variety of calls;
Manage and distribute incoming calls;
Take detailed phone/voicemail messages;
Checking voicemails;
Copying, Scanning, and E-Filing;
Contacting potential new clients and set appointments;
Back up to receptionist;
Back up to file clerk;
Willing to assist with a variety of office-related tasks;
Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with My Case is a plus
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
MS Office proficient
High level of multitasking ability;
Spanish bi-lingual a PLUS
