Position Overview
We are seeking a consultative and results-driven Account Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into tailored solutions. This role involves engaging with prospects across diverse industries, diagnosing their needs in marketing, AI, technology, and business operations, and positioning Carpe Diem's services as the strategic answer to their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation calls with prospects to understand their business objectives, pain points, and operational challenges across marketing, AI, technology, and business processes.
- Develop and present customized solutions that align Carpe Diem's services with prospect needs, clearly articulating value propositions and expected outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, and strategic follow-up with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and accurately scoped.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Participate in sales strategy sessions and contribute insights to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market approaches.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Preferably in technology services, digital marketing, or software development.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, marketing automation, lead generation strategies, and software development processes.
- Fluent U.S. accent.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time with 1 hour break
Salary Range: USD 3,500 - 4,500 per month
