Carp Cosmetic Surgery Center in Uniontown OH is looking for a full time front office staff to join our team. Required hours are Mon-Thu 9AM - 5PM and Fri 8AM - 4PM. Our ideal candidate is self starter, attentive, ambitious, and reliable. MUST HAVE DYNAMIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SKILLS.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient chart assembly
- Assist with inventory check in
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Assist patient coordinator
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Medical background is a plus
