What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ground Crew position at Carousel Energy Services LLC?
Description
The Ground Crew is responsible for upkeep of the wet or dry plant, using Skidsteers or Telehandlers to clean sand discharge and disposing of properly; using shovels in areas equipment cannot operate. The Ground Crew members will report to the Shift Lead and work closely with the Wet or Dry Plant Operator for all tasks for their shift in order to maintain compliance with MSHA regulations.
Requirements
- Frequently shoveling sand
- Occasionally driving a skid steer or Telehandler
- Frequently lifting 75 pound screens over head
- Frequently swinging a 20 pound sledgehammer
- Occasionally lifting 40 pound boxes of Rotex balls
- Frequently bending over, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
