We are actively looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office tasks. When our visitors walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Within established procedures, you will perform a variety of administrative support functions to greet, assist and provide direction and information to our customers, visitors, other guests and co-workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they arrive and direct or escort them to the appropriate party
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff and take messages or transfer calls to voicemail
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
- Perform basic filing and recordkeeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Be at work on time, if not a little early
- Associates degree in Business (other major disciplines with relevant work experience will be considered)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Full time, in office, 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch break
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
