Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings using productivity software
- Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client management systems
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical duties
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong clerical skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
