What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at CaroMont Health?
Job Summary: Responsible for management of the CaroMont Health property portfolio, including, but not limited to, performing comprehensive property management functions, lease database management, lease/property expense analysis, property contract services, leasehold improvements, tenant improvements, property portfolio analysis, space planning and management, move management, infrastructure and aesthetic needs, brand compliance, furniture and fixture management, and recommendations for capital improvements. Serve as point of contact for all building management needs for CaroMont Medical Group owned or leased properties, all properties owned or leased by CaroMont Health, excluding CaroMont Regional Medical Center Main, CaroMont Regional Medical Center Belmont, Courtland Terrace Nursing Home, and CaroMont Regional Medical Center Mount Holly Emergency Department. Manage space planning for all facilities. Serve as liaison with buyer/tenant representatives. Responsible for due diligence in real estate property transactions. Lead and manage FTEs associated with property management services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in facility services, property management, commercial real estate, or operational experience in health care management, or an Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, and achieving objectives. Effective communication and collaboration skills with all key stakeholders. Ability to use Excel for analysis.
