Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Michigan Property & Casualty License. Prior Allstate experience a huge plus!

Experience: Previous customer service experience in an insurance environment is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Customer Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service and adhere to customer-first policies.

Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Team Collaboration: Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting to achieve common goals.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various computer applications and insurance management software.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Address inquiries from potential and current policyholders, providing clear and precise information on insurance options. Renewal cross sells and sales overloads quoted for bonus opportunities.

Policy Management: Process policy renewals, changes, and updates to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Information Dissemination: Provide policyholders with information on new services or products, helping them to make informed decisions.

Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, noting essential information for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service.
