Requirements
Valid Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering friendly and efficient support.
Answer client inquiries regarding policies, billing, and coverage with clarity and patience.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and claims initiation.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our valued clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep client records up-to-date and organized in our system.
