What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - 22-24 boe position at Carols Restaurant?
We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and can handle high-volume egg cooking with speed and consistency. This position is for Carol's Restaurant in West Sacramento, days are flexible but weekends are a must.
What You'll Do
Cook eggs to order (scrambled, over-easy, omelets, poached, etc.) quickly and accurately
Keep up during busy breakfast rushes without sacrificing quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What We're Looking For
Proven breakfast line experience (egg station experience required)
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work fast under pressure
Excellent timing, multitasking, and knife skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and handle a busy service
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in high-volume breakfast or brunch service
Can jump on other stations when needed
Take pride in consistency and clean plates
