We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Front Office Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator to join us. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with patient care coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for patients from initial contact through treatment. Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage both website and phone inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately
- Follow-up with patients after the initial consultation and promote the practice
- Schedule patient appointments, confirm existing appointments and assist with scheduling outpatient surgeries
- Collect and review patient documentation, including intake forms, medical histories, and consent forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Occasionally assist with in-office procedures
- Support insurance pre-certifications and billing submissions when needed
- (Bonus) Help create or post social media content to grow engagement
Requirements
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-service oriented
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is a plus but not required. A genuine interest in cosmetic plastic surgery is a must.
- Ethical and honest, and drama free
- Good computer and writing skills
