Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Director of Residential Services to lead and oversee the operations of our residential support facilities. Duties
- Lead the overall management of licensed residential sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care tailored to residents’ needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for residents.
- Supervise and support staff across multiple departments, providing leadership in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee daily operations including medication administration, resident safety protocols, and emergency response procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to long-term care facilities and residential services.
- Foster strong relationships with residents’ families and community partners to promote transparency and collaborative support for residents’ well-being.
- Implement quality assurance programs to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven management experience
- Extensive working knowledge of medication administration protocols, and resident rights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising teams in fast-paced healthcare or residential settings.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong background in developing care plans tailored to individual needs while ensuring compliance with home and community-based service standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
