Job Summary: The Front Office Assistant greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Knowledgeable and efficient in the operation of computers and various types of office equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
