CROSS-TRAINED DENTAL ASSISTANT / FRONT OFFICE
Part-Time Preferred | Full-Time Available | $20–$26/hour based on experience
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced dental professional to join our team!
We are a two-doctor, privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice specializing in esthetic and family dentistry. We take pride in providing exceptional, personalized care and creating a warm, welcoming experience for our patients.
We are looking for someone with dental assisting experience who also has front-office experience — or a front-office team member with clinical dental experience. The ideal candidate enjoys being involved in both sides of the practice and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous dental assisting and/or dental front-office experience
- Is comfortable working in both clinical and administrative areas
- Is friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with patients
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in providing exceptional patient care
- Is confident and professional when discussing treatment with patients
- Is willing to learn and help wherever needed
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the doctors with clinical procedures
- Room preparation and sterilization
- Dental X-rays and other clinical duties
- Patient communication and patient flow
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and helping patients at the front desk
- Treatment coordination and administrative duties
- Helping keep the practice organized and running efficiently
Our Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
We are ideally looking for someone part-time, but we are open to full-time for the right person.
Compensation:
$20–$26/hour depending on experience and skill set.
