Job Responsibilities
- Perform general construction, handyman, and home improvement tasks.
- Assist with home renovations, remodels, additions, and custom home projects.
- Complete tasks such as minor repairs, trim work, drywall repairs, painting, and other general carpentry as needed.
- Assist with job-site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and help keep projects on schedule.
- Work independently when needed and alongside other crew members.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, handyman, or home improvement experience preferred.
- General knowledge of tools, materials, and construction practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and take pride in quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials and working on active job sites.
