Job description:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience as PM on $1 to $25 million Mechanical or General Construction projects
- Travel 2 or 3 days per week. Office location would be in Salisbury, NC
- Good computer skills. Experience with Excel and word.
- Experience with Equipment, material and Subcontractor buy out
- Experience generating and reviewing RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc.
- Overall management responsibility for the Mechanical Project Scope of Work including Financial, Labor and schedule status for the project
- Mechanical Engineering background is a plus
- Good communication skills with owners and Field Craft
