Epoxy Flooring Installer / Laborer

Carolina Seal Pro is a locally owned epoxy flooring company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial floor coating systems. As our business grows, we’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to build a career in the epoxy flooring industry.
Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and repairs.
Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other floor coating systems.
Install decorative flake and metallic flooring systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Load, unload, and care for tools and equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
Travel to job sites throughout Eastern North Carolina.
Qualifications
Construction or flooring experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
